Hey guys, just got my GRE scores today, and I'm pretty happy with them, with a 162 Quant and a 170 Verbal. I'm planning on applying to some of the top Sociology PhD programs, for example, Harvard, Berkeley, Stanford. Anyway, I'm decently quant heavy in my research, I use a lot of data mining, especially with Python, some I'm wondering if that quant score is going to be a question mark. Although, I pair those large data sets with more personal methods, like interviews. I know it's a decent score, but it seems like it's fairly common for quant heavy people to score perfectly on that section.
TL; DR do soc programs want to see a very strong quant score if your research includes quantitative methods?
