Those who are somewhat familiar with my posts on these boards know I've had a pretty catastrophic month so far..

On top of everything, I am now sitting on top of a mound of rejections (two actual, the rest implicit), the worst of it being that I have since been personally notified by some POIs that the main factors for rejection in my case were not the quality of my app but this year's financial situation and my being an international student.

The only (potential) light at the end of the tunnel remains my spot on Brown's Wait List.

So this is a heartfelt plea to the universe, with the absurd hope that someone out there might actually listen, please please please, if any one is balancing between two offers or has already made up their mind against Brown, please notify them as soon as you can.

I realize this doesn't mean I will necessarily get in.. But please.

I really need a break.
