Does UC Berkeley offer letters of admission to prospective graduate students during February?

I have not yet received an acceptance or a rejection from UC Berkeley. I have applied in theoretical chemistry. I want to know what the chances are that I might get an offer of admission now? I have usually seen that mostly the offers are sent by the end of January! So, do I stand a chance of getting admission to UC Berkeley?

I too am waiting for a letter of acceptance. According to my emails, the School of Public Health will be notified Mid Feb - Early March
