Hey! I was wondering if there are any people currently attending or who have been accepted to UMN’s Cultural Studies/Comp Lit department. How is the program? What is living in Minneapolis like?

I applied to U of M's Rhetoric and Scientific & Technical Communication program (which is in the Writing Studies department), so I don't know anything about CSCL there. BUT I'm going to visit the campus during the first week of March and will report back with impressions of the Twin Cities. People here have a lot of positive things to say about the Twin Cities and MN in general. Hopefully I join the choir in singing their praises! UMN is my top pick, the best offer, and (I think) the best fit, but I want make sure all I still think that after I see it in person and meet people.
