is it easier to get into a masters program if your company pays for it?

Essentially I am in midst of deciding my future post undergrad. Will company sponsorship allow me to get into a better school? Im trying to gage what schools to apply for given my GPA and GRE but I dont know if company sponsorship helps out much if at all in the decision process. Thanks for any input!

That will very much depend on the program. It's something that's impossible for us to generalize about. In general, there isn't even a way for you to say that your company will pay for your degree when you're at the application stage.
