Decision Recieved Pending Final Review

Hey everyone... Today I got an email saying that my application status has been updated from University of Nebraska - Lincoln. Logged in to see that my status says; Decision Received Pending Final Review. Has anyone else had experience with this before? I have been denied so much this season that I am loosing hope. Should I stick to assuming denial until I hear otherwise? Safe to start kind of celebrating?  Hoping someone could help me out here.

I think this likely means that a decision has been made on acceptance or rejection in your department, but now the graduate school has to process it fully until the portal can be updated with the decision letter. Good luck!

I would think this means an acceptance pending approval of the graduate school, but I'm not entirely sure.
