I reached out to the person that signed my rejection letter for SDSU's Psychology program and got feedback. The general guideline is to do it respectfully so that they don't think you're trying to argue with their decision and they will usually get back to you within a few days.

I finally made a decision! I'll (hopefully) be attending the University of Nevada, Reno. It depends on the funding situation, but they are aware of that and are trying to help me. -

I'd suggest asking Tufts for an extension and pressing UC Davis for a decision saying your other program requires a decision by April 15th.

I'm not sure how to feel about not hearing back from SDSU yet. I called for a status update and was told I should be contacted this week. By default, I think I've been rejected; however, I wonder if it's possible that I'm low on a waitlist, so they're not going to say anything until they have a better idea (presumably rejection).

So I was told that I should hear from a program this week. I don't know how to feel about hearing back from them this late in the game.
