I think I'm just going to give up on trying to hear back from my programs. Each day passes and I just continue to feel worse about it. -
I've submitted my first application for full-time employment! Here's to hoping something works out in the next two weeks (:

@Pugislife No problem! I'm sure there are other established websites out there, but I haven't looked into it. A mentor of mine suggested GradCafe and I'm glad they did!

@Pugislife I'm not sure what you meant by your question. @Psygeek and I have posted on many forums related to waiting it out, so I was just acknowledging that I read the news regarding Psygeek being waitlisted elsewhere. I made a table for my own programs, but overall it's 2a/0w/0r/1p. If I include the post-bacc programs I applied to, it's 2a/0w/0r/4p.

My classes got cancelled today, so the only thing on my agenda is to attend two socializing shindigs tonight! Also, I got to sleep in for the first time in what feels like forever.

Yes, I ended up reading that in another forum we both frequent. I'm waiting on the one grad program, funding for a grad program I was accepted to, and to hear back from 3 post-bacc programs, all while an employer wants to know whether or not I'd like my job back, so I understand the waiting game. Best of luck to you!

If you haven't already, I would suggest pressing your top choice for a specific date in which you should expect a decision to be rendered. Additionally, ask your third choice for an extension; the worst they can do is say no.

I'm waiting on SDSU! I've heard nothing and I applied a couple of weeks before the deadline, so I'll venture to say this will be a rejection. -
Still nothing. I was supposed to find out either way much sooner than this, but I think they're on spring break now (just my luck, lol). I need closure.

SAME. I have yet to hear back from a program I applied to early, but I'm 100% sure it's a rejection. I'd just like closure so I can move on and focus on taking the next steps in the upcoming chapter of my life.

I applied a few weeks before my 22nd birthday, but was accepted a few weeks after my birthday.

The application deadline for UIUC's MS Psychology program is definitely 5/1! Good luck to both of you.

I'm still waiting for 4 programs to make their decisions. I'm looking at potential job opportunities because I'm scared i'm going to get bad news from here on out, including from programs I've already been accepted to regarding funding.

Same. I was supposed to hear back this week and I know I could technically still hear from them tomorrow, but I'm just not hopeful anymore.

Still waiting to hear back from SDSU. Last week they said "next week" and I'm starting to think "next week" will mean next month
