when should the decision be made??

I always told myself that I should wait for a longer time. But with the time flying away, I felt more and more worried. I am a student in Department of Atmospheric Science and I applied 3 schools for 2010 fall: EPS of Berkeley, EPS of Harvard and EPS of MIT. So far I heard nothing from all these 3 university. The only thing I do is checking my email box and waiting..... I am nearly crazy..... Did anyone know any news about these 3 department???
