i saw a temple religion phd acceptance a while back on the results search? does anyone want to own up to it (what field, etc.)??? also did anyone else apply to temple, and have you heard anything about anything???

I also applied to Temple. I called a few days ago and heard that they still have several meetings ahead before decisions will be made, so I imagine a couple more weeks.

Had a friend who applied and heard back (rejection) several weeks ago. Doesn't necessarily mean much, but it could be a sign of positive news to NOT have heard yet...

still no word from Temple. there's that result submission last week - an acceptance and in the notes it an email said letters were out that same day. i don't live too far away from philly...can't imagine it taking too much time. this is the last one i need to hear from and then i can officially close out this year. but i need closure!

@thisistheyear I was the poster from last week. I just today received my letter, and I'm not too far away. There was no information on funding so I called the department chair who explained the funding process there. Basically, if you don't get one of the few University fellowships, there isn't any.

Seemed like a great program, but I'll be at Drew in the fall. Best of luck to you!
