Employment opportunities after MPA from Maxwell, Syracuse

Hi

I got an admit to the 1 year MPA program in Maxwell ,Syracuse.I am a 29 year old applicant from India.I have not yet got any funding. I want to know if it is worth it to take a loan for the program.I have 5 years of work ex in the finance sector (Investment Bank).

My biggest worry, as an international student, is the employment opportunity post my degree.Wanted to know if there are any current students of Maxwell on this forum who can give me info on this.Is it true that international students have a tough time getting jobs, more so since there is no placement cell.Its all through your networking skills? What about the other schools?

If I take a loan and then donot get a job, then I will be..well..in a soup..

Anybody else with the same situation as mine? Misery loves company.
