gradschool18 Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 I wanted to email my professors thanking them for the LOR and updating them on what program I will be attending in the fall but I don't know if an email is too informal. Should I write thank you notes? Or buy a small gift? Any ideas?
SLPLiz Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 I personally wrote thank you notes by hand. I think a gift may be too much, but I'm sure anything will be appreciated!
jpiccolo Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 Email or thank you notes are just fine. Any thought of gratitude is good.

bibliophile222 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 My LORs were all professors of my online courses who I don't know in person, so I sent them animated ecards.
