NYU or GW?

My decision has narrowed down to either NYU or GW for an M.A. in political science with the intention of concentrating on American Politics and eventually apply for a Ph.d. I've read the comments regarding NYU's program and the risk of having adjunct professors, however, I would like to get more insight from you guys.

I am considering GW because of the possibility of sharing courses with Ph.d. students and the fact of being in D.C. (where basically American politics is happening) however I'm really having a tough choice deciding between them.
