My decision has narrowed down to either NYU or GW for an M.A. in political science with the intention of concentrating on American Politics and eventually apply for a Ph.d. I've read the comments regarding NYU's program and the risk of having adjunct professors, however, I would like to get more insight from you guys. I am considering GW because of the possibility of sharing courses with Ph.d. students and the fact of being in D.C. (where basically American politics is happening) however I'm really having a tough choice deciding between them. Any insight is helpful!

I would like all the advice you have on choosing a Master's program for PolSci. I have been admitted to different programs of which my top choices are: NYU George Washington American University University of Virginia Columbia I am interested in focusing my Master's in American Politics and eventually apply for a Ph.D. in Political Science at top programs (Princeton, Stanford, Yale, UCSD) I have to make a decision this week so any help would be very appreciated!
