I got admitted into the Thesis-based MMath (CS) program of University of Waterloo. However, I have no idea regarding the next steps. If would be great if someone here could guide me regarding it.

If you already have a advisor assigned, ask him/her about what you need to prepare for MS. If you don't, go and find one.
