Any guys in EESM program at CMU?

I got an admission at EESM@CMU, and I am hesitating whether take this admission or not. Could anyone here share his/her life there?

I mainly cared about questions like:

What will the students mainly do after graduation?

How about the possiblity of starting PhD life in CMU?
