Penn vs. Berkeley

Hi everyone, 

Admitted to Penn and Berkeley for mechanical engineering. Funding is roughly the same. Any recommendation on where to go?

Masters or PhD? Post-degree plans?

Doctoral and not sure.

Tough to say then. I would look at post-PhD placement at both institutions as well as your fit with an advisor and/or research group at each place and decide based on those factors.
