Address Issues from RTWH Aachen University

BLZBLST

Question

I just got acceptance information from Aachen. The problem is as follows:
In online platform of RTWH Aachen Online, my address is totally complete. However, in the mail that is sent to me, my address has missing information (like city, and country).

I mailed them, yet, I observed that they are not replying to mails (my previous experience with them during admission period). What can I do about this? Anybody accepted to RTWH Aachen before? Is there a way for me to correct the address they observe in their system (again, my full address is correct in the online platform, but missing city information on the mail that is sent to me.)

I believe my acceptance letter will be sent to the address I provided.

Thanks in advance.
