Qualitative PhD programs with collective identity & collective memory people?

Hi! I'm looking into sociology PhD programs that have a concentration of people interested in one or more of the following areas: qual methods, collective identity, collective memory, whiteness and/or crt, and emotions or cultural trauma. 

 

I've had some luck compiling a list of programs, but most of the departments I've found might be ranked highly enough that they're out of my league. Does anyone know of any programs out of the top 30 that might be a good fit?
