Clinical Psychology PhD's with assessment focus

I'm applying this fall and am trying to iron out my list of the big 15 school's I'm applying to.  Do you have any recommendations of programs out there that "specialize" with an assessment focused lab or clinical neuro (obv more competitive).

A narrower scope than “assessment” would probably be helpful if you want recommendations. Even in clinical neuropsychology tracks, people specialize in research in specific areas (e.g., TBI diagnosis and treatment) vs. assessment broadly.
