Can recommenders write just 1 letter for different programs?

Hello,

I'm applying for MSW programs to start Fall 2019.  I've told those writing my letters of recommendation that they would only have to write 1 letter and just copy/paste or attach the same to all of the 8-10 schools I'm applying for, but I realized this is an assumption on my part.  Understandably programs don't put out a lot of information about what questions are asked to recommenders.  Do different programs ask significantly different questions to recommenders?  Or will they just have to make slight adjustments?
