Universities offering PhD in Clinical Psychology

I am looking for a list of universities ranging from good to average for PhD in Clinical Psychology, with a good international acceptance and a good coursework. I am getting mixed results online and am not entirely sure which one to go by so am looking for some reliable info from the locals and if any of you could suggest me from your own awareness that would be very helpful.
