Low GRE Writing Score

I just got back my GRE scores and I got 168V, 160Q , and only a 4 on Writing. I've definitely heard that writing doesn't matter that much, but it still seems pretty low. I'm applying in theory and hoping to go to a top 10 program. I've taken the GRE before and my score was 167V, 157Q and 5 on Writing. Should I send both scores or just the second one?

I have not yet been accepted to a program (I'm applying this cycle), so definitely take my advice with that in mind. I would send both. I have also heard that the writing score is incredibly unimportant, but it is possible that a 4 is below departmental minimums and that the admissions committee would have to use a waiver for you to make it to the final round of decisions if you were to only send the most recent scores.
