fauxmystic Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I just had my first day of (informal, off the books) interviews with some faculty during a recruitment weekend - one question I was asked by all of them in different ways toward the end of our discussion was “what questions are you *specifically* interested in asking?” Is it possible that I’m not coming across as focused in my research ideas/interests? Or is this a general question to expect?
Jackiebom Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Damn .. It's nice to see someone from Nebraska... I went to Peru State lived in Lincoln for a decade... Congratz on the interview, honestly I would be looking for answers for the same fauxmystic 1
paraent Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Think it's a question interviewers ask in general near the end of conversations. fauxmystic 1
