Stat PhD: I got an offer from NCSU and a phone interview request from UIUC,what should I do?

I got an offer from NCSU and a phone interview invitation from UIUC this morning. I am very attracted by the job placement of NCSU graduates and I do plan to go to industry after graduation. But I think UIUC has a legendary CS department and I am indeed interested in machine learning and want to learn more about computer science. Is there anyone who can comment on these two programs? Your response will be appreciated!

UIUC is a well respected department. As for industry jobs, what industry are we talking about? The advantage to NCSU is getting jobs in the Triangle area.  If you want a tech job in California or NY, you're in good shape from either school.  Unless you definitely want to work in NC triangle, I think your decision should come down to research interests, location preference, and department size (NCSU is huge, UIUC much smaller).
