ETS didn't send score report but the ETS website says that it have been sent

Hello, 

I received an email from The Ohio state graduate program telling me that they didn't find the official GRE test scores. I checked that ETS website and it confirms that it has been sent on December 12th. The deadline was November 30th. Now, I'm very worried because it is likely that they didn't give my application full consideration. I would like to know the email address of the ETS. I can't find their email address on the website. I'm an international student, so I would prefer to contact them by email, not a phone call. I can't afford to pay another 27$
