Why GaTech doesn't accept applications for Ms aspirants of Mechanical Engineering?

I saw a large number of rejects from Gatech for mechanical ms aspirants specially from india, and for the same reason my consultancy suggested me not to apply there.

Acceptances are based on a variety of factors. Country of origin shouldn't be one of those factors, otherwise it would be discrimination.

It's probably just that they don't accept many international students for their masters program.
