UIUC Master to Phd Transfer Program

Hi, is anyone familiar with this program? How many people get accepted from its master program each year? How competitive is it?

If this is a factor in your decision to attend, you should probably just email the department and ask.  I could ask you a few questions about your undergrad record and how smart you are and probably give a good educated guess, but odds are you probably won't find a first-hand account here which is what you really need.
