UT Austin MSBA vs Duke MQM Business Analytics

Hi! I recently found out I got into Duke's MQM: BA program with scholarship and am now stuck with a difficult decision - UT Austin MSBA vs. Duke MQM.

I received money at both, but the Duke scholarship is much more substantial. With the scholarships, the 2 are about the same price (as I am out of state for UT Austin). I'd assume cost of living around the same too - being from CA, anything will be cheaper than what I currently spend. 

I guess at the end of the day - which is the better program? Which has the better name brand recognition? Long term I'd like to end up on one of the coasts - don't really care which, but most likely back to CA since my family is here. I also hope to go into consulting or tech when I graduate.
