DOE scholarship for Speech pathologist, School Psychologist

Has anyone interviewed or got accepted to the DOE scholarship for bilingual speech pathologist, school psychologist, etc??? I want to prepare well if anyone has passed the interview what types of questions are asked

They made me write an essay about why I wanted to do the scholarship program, and then I discussed that with them in person. They asked "what would you do if _____ (a specific situation that I could encounter as a SLP, but not a clinical situation) happened."  Then they gave me more info about the scholarship program.
