Masters in CS: Cornell, UMass-Amherst, or GATech?

Hey folks,

Could really use some advice.  I didn't study Computer Science in undergrad (ChemE), and have been teaching public high school for 10 years post-college.  I've been teaching CS for the past 3 years, and applied to M.S. / M. Eng. programs for CS this year.  I got into:

1. Cornell M.Eng. (Not Cornell Tech!)

2. UMass-Amherst

3. Georgia Tech

I'm super happy about these choices, but need some advice.  I live in MA and while the in-state tuition is attractive, isn't Cornell and GATech that much better of programs?  I'm interested in AI, ML, etc.

Thanks in advance!
