USC vs Brown for MS

I have got admission from USC and Brown as MSCS.

Which school would be better choice?

Many people told me that 50:50.

Both ranking are the same.

USC has bigger job market, a bit cheaper and good location( I have been living near LA. I don't have to be apart from all my friends)

but too many master students. I heard that more than 100 students in a class.. easy to get in..

Brown is a private school. known as Ivy league.. small school, small class. It would be harder to get in than USC.

but I have to say good to all my friends. new place. lonely place I guess.. weather would be cold..

I don't have that much information about their CS program as well.

What do you guys think of these two school?

I also got MS CS admission to Brown and USC. Are you sure that USC has a bigger job market?? I think it may be the opposite..
