Teachers College - Ghana program

Hi! Does anyone know when the Ghana program takes place? It seems like it happens in January for 2-3 weeks, but I'm not sure if this is something you only do as a first-year student or as a second-year student (or if there's flexibility and you can participate either year). Thanks!
