SLPA Application - Loma Linda

Hello!

I am going to be applying to the SLPA Program at Loma Linda University. I wanted to know if on the application, it asks for the SLP's ASHA number. I am trying to get a head start in obtaining all the information for the application. Please let me know if you know! ?

In regards to your site supervisor they only ask for contact information and where they are located, no ASHA number.
