Where can I find example recommendation letters from Ivy League or Stanford applicants who were admitted? I've been looking everywhere, but it is difficult to find. Anyone know where I should look or can attach an example?

I doubt you'll find them, they are private documents that not even applicants see. I'm sure there are sample letters around the internet. As you probably noticed, they vary in length, tone, type, etc.
