Call for Proposals for Policy Journal

Hi all, 

UC San Diego's Journal of International Policy Solutions is looking for papers for our 2020 edition of our journal. JIPS is a graduate student-run annual journal out of the School of Global Policy & Strategy at the University of California, San Diego. We are posting here in case current graduate students are interested in seeing their work published. 

The jou
rnal features academic and research works related to contemporary international affairs, with an emphasis on concrete policy solutions. Last year’s edition, available here, included work on conflict aid in Afghanistan, research on sustainable tourism in Costa Rica, and an econometric analysis of infrastructure programs in Mexico, among others. 

We are currently soliciting papers and short-articles from graduate and professional students for publication in our 2020 spring publication. We invite graduate and professional students at your school to submit publishable manuscripts addressing global policy issues. Special consideration is given to submissions focusing on the Pacific (Asia-Pacific and Latin American and the Caribbean). However, submissions on all topics/regions are welcome in the following formats:
