79% GRE math subject for PhD in Applied Math

I took the gre sub test three times, and every time I didn't have enough time to finish all the questions.

So now my ultimate score is 810 with 79% percentile. Shall I send this score to the school?

I am worrying if this will hurt my application since many foreign students like me (from china) get 85% or 90% in this test.

My professor in UCLA also said that I have to get 90% to get into his school.

Bellow is the list of my program:

UCB, Applied Math, require sub

U Chicago, Computational and Applied Math, strongly recommend sub

U Michigan Ann Arbor, Applied and Interdisciplinary Math, require

U Washington, Applied Math, doesn't mention sub

Northwestern, Engineering Science and Applied Math, doesn't mention sub

U T Austin, Computational and Applied Math, doesn't mention sub

U Utah, Math, recommend general and sub

Absolutely I'll send to schools that require sub score. But shall I send it to schools recommend it or even doesn't mention it?

Please help! Thank you guys!
