Medical Sciences PhD SOP Review/Check

Hi guys, I'm applying for a PhD in Medical Sciences and I'm struggling a bit as I've never had to write SOPs or personal essays for any previous courses. I'm applying to Oxford but I've been told the structure and purpose doesn't really differ to US SOPs. My department did provide some guidelines which is handy.
