Hi, I am applying for PhD programs this year and I have filled out most of my applications. Currently, I am doing my master degree and I filled in my degree information as Master of Science for the applications. However, I just learned that I could choose between Master of Science and Master of Medical Science for my degree. Since all students in my master degree program graduate with a master of medical science, I will probably do the same. I was wondering if it will affect my filed application if my degree turned out to be master of medical science instead of master of science? Should I email the admissions committee now? Or is it ok to inform them if they decide to offer me an interview? Thanks!
