Had a skype call with a professor from Huddersfield University. We got along really well, she was interested in my research proposal. But no official admission offer from the University yet, after 2 weeks. Is this normal?

If you are worried, you can send a polite email to the professor -- 'Dear Prof. XYZ, It was nice talking to you..blah blah... I wanted to know what is the admission process going forward, and if there is a timeline according which the decision will be conveyed to me'
