George Mason University Clinical Psychology Email

I applied for this program back in December and they were supposed to notify applicants about their interview status in mid-January. I got an automated email from their system TODAY that my application is complete and got forwarded to the faculty for review. Wasn't this supposed to happen months ago? Is it just a glitch or did anyone else get this email? I'm pretty sure I'm rejected from their program anyway, but this email came out of nowhere.

I got the same email and was also assuming rejection. I think it was supposed to be a "check the portal" email, because I checked back and had received this same "application is complete" email back in december.
