Are international applicants often invited to the Open House?

Hello, everyone. I have applied for PhD at UCSD. I know they have held the open house and I was not invited to it. This makes me very anxious, I am not sure whether I should interpret it as a rejection. I am trying to "rationalize" why I did not get an invitation, like the flights are too expensive (I am from East Asia) or it takes time to get a visa. Does anybody know whether universities (UCSD, in particular) invite international students to the open house? I just want to know how to interpret my situation. Thank you.
