This is my top school and I noticed they sent out some acceptance letters today... *sigh* I didn't get anything. I filled out the supplemental ((as asked) and did the FASFA when I got the email the 14th.

Is anyone else in the same boat?!

Does anyone know how the process works here?! I've heard mixed things about their admission process over the years.

Thank you & congrats to those who got accepted. If you don't mind me asking, what were your stats?!

I received an acceptance today and my good friend and classmate did not hear anything from them yet. I'm sure they are rolling admissions decisions out slowly. I had a 4.0 undergrad GPA, 3.98  CSD post-bacc GPA, GRE V: 155, Q: 150, AW: 4.0. I honestly thought my GRE scores were low compared to everything I saw on ASHA EdFind, so I did not expect to be accepted. I have a history of leadership roles on several student organizations, research experience, a ton of volunteer experience, and a solid personal statement I worked on for months, so I think that must be what did it. I would say try not to worry, but I know how nervewracking it is! I know someone who received an admissions decision from St. Xavier over a week ago and I still haven't heard anything from them.

If money wasn't a factor, Rush and Pacific University are my top choices. But money is definitely a factor because I am afraid to take out $80k in student loans. For that reason, NIU is my most budget-friendly choice. I have a lot of things to consider and I'm figuring this out as I go. Where else did you apply?
