Cornell or Northwestern for EE?

I need a little bit of help deciding between grad schools. I've narrowed it down to two choices for a Masters. I'm a double major in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Chicago area, and I'm seeking a degree in Electrical, leaning towards Computer Engineering related topics, concentrating in architecture and/or digital design.

My two final choices are Northwestern (M.S.) or Cornell (MEng). I would not be funded at either school and plan on taking out loans to cover the cost at either school. My goal is to work in industry after graduating.

Is it worth it to go for the "higher" prestige school? I'm not sure how the breakdown in rankings go for each EE department.

Opinions welcome!
