UChicago Harris Application review

Hi all, so I applied to the MS-CAPP at University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy in the Round three admissions round. I submitted my application before the March 31st deadline, but the school pushed back the deadline to April 28th due to Covid-19. I was wondering if any one knows whether Harris reviews applications on a rolling basis or reviews them altogether after the deadline. I'm asking because I'm an international student and if they review applications altogether after the deadline, this will put me at a disadvantage.

Have you heard back yet? I believe they are doing round 3 on a rolling basis now that the deadline has been further extended to June 1.
