Hello to anyone reading this!

I have been admitted to UPenn, U-Michigan, and UNC Chapel Hill for a Masters in Urban Planning and desire to focus on economic development/future of work and how that impacts cities. Moreover, I was accepted to UNC Kenan Flagler for their dual degree MBA program.

For anyone who is in one of these programs, have you found them to be sufficient without a secondary degree? For Penn and Michigan, have you liked being a part of a broader Design School? How entrepreneurial are these programs?

Lastly, does anyone know why UNC is ranked #5 on Planetizen, which is higher than Penn and Michigan? Is Penn worth the extra expense?

Grateful for any help with this discernment process!
