USC MSW vs. APU MSW

I was accepted into the 2 year MSW program at USC. However, I am concerned about the tuition cost. I was also admitted to APU's program, which is half the cost. I'll be able to earn my PPS credential at both programs. One is half the cost.

 

I also read this article about USC's program in the LA Times, which is a little concerning to me.

If I can get any feedback on either program (professors, classes, field experience placement, student resources), I would greatly appreciate it!
