How to get into Georgetown MSFS?

I am an international student planning to apply for MSFS Georgetown with a GPA of a little over 3.3 . What factors are most considered for admission in the programme? Is work experience really necessary? What is really the difference between spring and fall admissions?

That GPA is a bit in the lower half side of the house. Everyone I have ever met at MSFS not only had at least 2 years work experience, but really interesting stuff too. There is a reason why this is Foreign Policy's #1 international relations school.
