UC Berkeley Personal Statement

[Port in a Storm]

Hi everyone,

I know that personal and diversity statements have been discussed on here before – this is essentially a plea to ask if anyone who was successful in their application to Berkeley and/or another program that requires a personal statement would be willing to share their statement with me or, barring that, offer some advice on writing it. As a white male from a pretty privileged and traditional background, I must admit I'm at a complete loss here.
