GRFP 2020-2021 + Weight of Personal vs Research statement

Hi All,

I was wondering if you guys may give me an idea of which one of the 2 statements (personal or research statement) have more value in getting the acceptance from the committee?

They are supposed to be equally important, but I could see some reviewers being more lenient on one or the other due to their preferences.

In the reviewer comments for my application, all three talked about both my PS and RS, so they are equally important
